Alenco window top sash cam and bottom sash clip

Hi,
I double hung windows on my house and I broke some top sash cam (black) and bottom sash clip (white). Attache are their pictures and its channel width is 5/8". Could you please let me know if you have these parts? If so please let me know their part ID's and if not please let me know where to find them.

The top sash guide resembles our 18-174, check it out and let me know if you agree. I'm not sure about the white sash clip, though. Can you give me more specific dimensions?
