That white nylon balance shoe was an old discontinued part that has since been replaced with the 15-020. I wouldn't be be concerned about the width, the depth is more important. If you need new balances, we can custom make them for you. I would just need the weight of the sash these balances support. I would also need to know how many you were looking to order.
