We are the original owners of a Toll Brothers home built in 1989 in Dresher, PA (Dublin Hunt).

We are having numerous problems in cranking open and close our windows.

I attach a picture.

Think that it is a 39-146 (right-handed).

We have issues with both the right-handed ones and left-handed ones.

The covers appear to be 39-154.

I agree, the 39-146 looks like a good match, assuming all the dimensions match up. It comes with the cover and mounting screws. If you also need the handle, see our 39-386.
