Andersen normally used the roto-lock operators on their awning windows. We carry three site that are used by Andersen. Take a look at our 39-206, 39-389, and 39-390 to start out with, along with the 39-286 handle. See if these are the parts you need to fix your window. If not, please send us some photos of your operator along with its dimensions.
