Andersen Windon Counter balance replacement

A home owner from NJ says:

I have an Anderson Narroline window where I need to replace the counter-balances. Andersen lists the parts for my window as:

Left: L1427/45 - 9013991
Right: R1445/27 - 9013992

The visible glass width is 28 7/16" and height 16". I see you have several Narroline counterbalances. Which parts do I order from your website for this window? Thanks.

Thank you for posting. Please check out our 24-R1445-27 and 24-L1427-45 for your Left and Right side balances, respectively.
