Andersen Window Arm Control

Hey, Remi. I'm not sure what to suggest. I see the base of the operator in you photo, but not the arm. Do you still have that handy? If not, do you have another operator like this in the house, perhaps on the opposite side? I would need to see the entire part to identify a match. Operator arms are not available separately, you'd need a whole new operator.

Numbers can be helpful, but they aren't the most reliable method of identifying parts. Manufacturers change those numbers from time to time. In this case, since it's on the cover, I don't think it will help us identify exactly what you need, since many different operators can use the same type of cover. Let me know if you are able to get us a picture of a complete operator.
