Andersen window crank

A home owner from USA says:
Hello,
We are looking for a replacement crank for an old Andersen window, item #7073B. I did find a thread online that suggested your 39-027E and 39-028E however the arm doesn't have the same bend in it. Please see attached photo. If you do not have a comparable crank, do you have just the corkscrew type piece that holds the handle for operating the window? Please see 2nd photo attached for a visual. Thank you!

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Thanks for posting. I'm afraid the 39-027E and 39-028E are the only possible replacements we have for this operator. They are not exact, and we cannot guarantee they will work, but we have no other options. The corkscrew part you mention cannot be repaired. I am sorry we cannot offer a more definitive solution; your operator is no longer made, and so you will be limited in what you can use.
