Anderson Balances Needed

I need parts for 2 Anderson narowline Windows. Windows were installed in 1986. I need both balances for one window. There are no markings on the balances. Another window needs new weather stripping for the bottom sash. Sash is 35 inches wide. Can you help? Measured at 6 3/4

Zooming in on your picture, it looks like your balance is stamped with "9 27." With that in mind, I recommend our 24-939 Andersen sash balance.
