Anderson Casement Window Operator

A handy person from Milbank, SD says:
I am in need of a few operators and am not able to find them on your website. I've attached a couple of pics of one of them. The number on the operator is C-9400-1. I am in need of one left hand swing out and 2 right hand swing out. The date on the windows is 1995. Any assistance would be great.

Thank you,
Jason

Thank you for contacting us. We believe you have the older version of the 39-099 operator. You may need to use the 39-362 adapter plate being that your window is from 1995. The 39-362 adapter plate is used to help some andersen operators install on windows made in the time period between 1995-1998. Please take a look at the product and get back to us on your thoughts

The arm on mine is 14" not 9". Do you have a different one that has a 14" arm from center to the pin?

Ah, I'm sorry. See our 39-332 instead. Sorry about that! The same goes for the adapter, though. That's an important detail to consider.
