Anderson Counter Balance

The part is 6 1/4" x 3" x 3/4" plus a small flange with the staple in it.
There are two numbers, on is U7 1131 4 89 which might be a date code since it was installed in 1989. The other number is 11600-17. I need both left and right and I need them for two identical windows.
