Looking for the pictured part. Casement Operator Cover. Anderson Window. It has 7191-33 stamped on the inside. There is only one hole not 2 as pictured on your site. Also need operator handle. Need 3 of each. These are from at least pre-1987 manufactured windows.

Check out our 39-154 and let me know if you think this is a possible match. It has an imprint of "7191B-33," but it may still work. Also see our 39-286 Andersen handle.
