Anderson Window Sash Balance

A quick learner says:
I can't take the window apart to ID the sash balance number. A contractor will replace it when I get the part. Can you ID the sash from the window? Information on window:

I'm afraid I cannot identify what you have based on t his information. The only way to reliable find a match is to know what each number stamped on your balance reads. I apologize for the inconvenience, but it's just how Andersen balances are designed.
A home owner from Virginia says:
According to Anderson Window the part number is 1626080. Can you sell me a replacement to match this? Thanks.

Paul from SWISCO responded:
That number tells me that you might need our 24-13R right side box balance (looking from outside into the house). The left side would be our 24-13L, if you need that, as well. Again, however, the only way to know for sure is to know the stamps printed on the balance. Information found in Andersen catalogs has been known to change from time to time, but the stamps don't lie.
