I'm in need of three of these type of window cranks. all three have striped and will not open. facing the window, all three of the windows open on the left.

Thanks for posting. There are a couple different kinds of operators that have this base, such as our 39-331 or 39-264. Carefully look over each and see which one is a better match.
A quick learner from Baldwinsville, NY says:
Tom, I should of sent you the outside photo as well. Based on the two item numbers you sent, 39-331 and 39-264, the ones I would be looking for are the 39-264. These have sissor arms for extending the window out vs the one arm on the 39-264.

I'm going to go on your website and order 3.
