Anlin window springs

A quick learner from USA says:
Good evening....

The windows in my home are all Anlin. I occasionally have problems with broken springs that I am guessing keep the sash open.
The sash in question weighs 13 lbs and is 30 1/2 in length by 16" in height.
I would like to know if you stick the replacement coil springs. Attached is a pic of the left side coil spring. I believe it is broken.
Please advise me if a replacement is available.
Thank you.

Hello, Edward. Yes, balances are what keep the window open when you raise the sash. In your case, I would look at our S140-7. This appears to be the best match. We recommend replacing both at the same time.
