Atrium Window Balance

A home owner from San Diego says:

Hello can you help me on which replacement part I should order. The marking on this is 26-4 EA2 CMC 5.
This is 1/2 inch wide and it seems the length of the metal is 27 inches not including the plastic pieces on both ends.

Please see our S395-27 channel balance. I think this would make a good match. I'd also recommend the 2640 option.
