Awing window lock

A quick learner from USA says:
Hello,

Trying to figure out a way to secure the window in the attached photos. Would like to be able to have the window open a crack (few inches) such as in the picture for ventilation; when the window is open all the way someone can easily climb through. Also want to be able to easily close the window and secure it with the bottom middle latch when raining or out of town.

Do you have a lock that will allow a few inches to be opened (but not all the way) and also be able to fully close the window without having to remove the lock?

Kind regards,
Erik

Take a look at our 39-398SS limit device. Now, this is meant for casement windows, but I wonder if it can work for your awning window, too. Take a look at the video on how it installs and see what you think. Also check the length to confirm you have the room in your track.
