Awning (I think) Window Part

A home owner from Napa, CA says:
Cannot see any markings or numbers.

Window was stuck and when I went to force it with the crank, something broke/sheared. The two pieces were loose and came out of the unit with zero resistance. Threads on circular piece looks sheared on 2 sides, not sure if it should look like that.

(Please ignore the disgusting mold on window. It is in shower and above eye-level and I didn't know how gross it was until getting on a ladder to take a closer look!)

Thanks for posting! Looks like you stripped out the gears on your operator. You will need to replace the whole thing. Is there any way I can see it removed from the window? I can only see the base, and we will need to see the arms that open the window before I can recommend a replacement. If you are unable to remove it, you could try opening the window and showing me the arms then. Let me know!
A home owner from Napa, CA says:
Thank so much for the response. The base doesn't want to "pop" off and I'm reluctant to try too hard and break window frame (or have completely apart until we're ready to replace it). Do these photos help narrow down what I need?

Yes! These photos are a huge help. Take a look at our 39-015 operator, which has two clips on the end of the arm that attach to the window sash. See if our dimensions line up with yours.
