Awning crank mechanism

A quick learner says:
I have an awning window in the shower room that needs to have crank mechanism to be replaced. I hope these pictures can help in identifying the part. If not maybe you could tell me what to take a picture of I order to better assist you in identifying the part. Thank you, Grover

Thanks for posting! We may be able to help, but I'll need more information. Specifically, I need to see your operator removed from the window frame. I will also need to know its general dimensions, including distance between installation hole centers and the size of the arms. See the video below on how to remove this kind of hardware. Thank you!
A quick learner says:
Here are the measurements you asked for. I hope this helps. The top screw tab has broken off-you will see that in the pictures. Thanks, Grover Windsor

Thanks! Take a look at our 39-194, which has a 2-3/8" off set link arm. The bottom installation hole centers are also 1-3/8". Let me know if that is the one you need.
A quick learner from Sarasota, florida says:
I sent several pictures trying to identify this part but the one that was recomonded did not work: it was a 39-194. The lever arm did not have the offset to hook to the window. Attached are some more pictures in hopes of finding out what this part is and getting a correct one. Also can and how do I return the crank mechanism that does not work? Thank you

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
I'm sorry to hear it didn't work. I'm actually surprised the 39-194 didn't work. It's the only operator we have with your dimensions that has an offset arm. Even if the offset isn't as dramatic, link arms usually have a little give, so you could get away with more than you normally could. Were there any other significant differences, or was it just the offset on the link arm?
