Awning window repair

A home owner from Shreveport, LA says:
I have 2 awning windows from a currently unknown manufacturer that recently broke. The first 2 pictures are a plastic piece that the hinge arm attaches to and is then screwed into the window frame. 2 of the 4 have cracked in half while the 1 in the picture is beginning to crack. What is this piece called? Do you have any in stock?

The other pictures depict the operator. I think it may be a CE Stanley, but are you able to identify it?

Thank you for time

Thank you for posting! The operator looks a lot like our 39-058. Check it out and see what you think. As for the plastic piece, we do not have it at the moment but we are currently working on bringing it in for you. I will let you know as soon as it is online and available to view.
A quick learner says:
Hey Tom,

Thanks so much for your reply! I really love the website and the help you guys provide. Please let me know if you're able to locate those plastic brackets as I need them to complete the repair. Thanks again.

Alright, please see our new 36-018B and see if this would work for you.
A home owner from Shreveport, LA says:
Well I'm pretty floored and impressed by the effort you put in to help me fix my window. Did you model a piece and print/mold it? Regardless I haven't had such a positive experience with a website in a very long time.

Thanks again,
- Patrick

Thank you, Patrick! It was our pleasure. We didn't do anything fancy to get this hardware, just some good old fashioned legwork. If you need anything else, please let me know and I would be happy to help.
