Balance Code Missing

A home owner from Saint Louis, MO says:

Good morning,

I am looking to replace all my window channel balances.

I have varying window sizes and I am not finding a stamped code to help me with classifying each window size.

I looked all over this thing.

I think I have my top and bottom config correct based off your photos.

If I give you all my window sizes can you tell me which code to use for each window size? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey, Joe. From your photo, it looks like you have a Series 390 balance, which comes with our 19-002 top and 15-001 (1-1/8" depth) shoe. Please compare and see what you think.
