Balance ID

A home owner from USA says:
I got an error using your website so trying this route.

I have 4 windows with these balances and all of them are jamming. The balances wont retract even when I remove them from the windows. I've tried lubricant but it looks like the pullies are broken or split. I'm assuming I need to replace all four sets. Can you help ID a replacement? They are 31" long overall including the plastic on the ends.

Hey, thanks for posting. I've narrowed this down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 351 or our Series 390 balances.

Now, as you can see, there is only one difference between these two Series, and that is their bottom shoe. The Series 351 uses the 15-002 while the Series 390 uses the 15-001. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match.

Also keep in mind that length is only determined by measuring the metal channel. Do not include the nylon attachments in this measurement.
