Balance ID

A home owner from Old Bridge says:
I have a window balance stamped 33G BSI TK. Looks like rust at the bottom and plastic pieces broke off so I have no way of reproducing what those parts should look like. The builder tells me that the windows were MW industries Patriot series. The "DO NOT REMOVE" label itself shows 84 lmbr and store number plus a bunch of other letters and numbers. It looks like there are two springs, an outside and an inside. Anything you can do for me? Thank you!

I believe you need a specially made S795-33 channel balance, where the top screw on clip is swapped out with the 15-198 hook. Does that look good to you? If so, we can custom make it for you. We just need a bit more information. Can you measure the width of the bottom shoe? I need to know if it's 1" wide or 1-1/4" wide.
