Balance ID Help

Please see our S385-36 channel balance. I believe this is what you need. I'm just not sure about the option. Can you confirm the weight of your sash? It may be 37 pounds, which means you need a custom made balance. Let me know.

Thanks! I thought so, just wanted to be sure. Your balance will need to be custom made with a special 3560 option, which can carry sashes weighing 35 through 39 pounds. I will email you a special order link for 2 such balances, along with a price quote. If you'd like more, please let me know and I would be happy to adjust the quantity.

All the link I sent you does it let you add the custom balance to your cart, as if it were any normal balance. From there, you can continue shopping as normal.
