Balance ID Please

A home owner from Maryland says:
I have a townhouse built in the early 90's that needs window balances. attached are a few photo of the old balances. i believe i need the S380-35. but the bottom channel balance shoe does NOT measuring 1" in depth (as seen in pic "Bottom5") as your diagram shows for the part #S380-35 . Please let me know if the S380-35 will work?

Measurements:
Markings on the side: 34 4 JK Caldwell
length of balance (metal to metal) is 35"
width is 1/2
non-tilt
pictures should show the remaining measurements

Thanks for posting. I agree, the Series 380 looks to be our closest match. Your shoe depth is a little less than 1", but 1" is actually as small as we can go. It's possible yours wore down a little over time, but otherwise you could always shave it down a little to match the size you need.
