Balance is anchored at the top of the frame

A handy person from Florida says:
I've included 3 pics, one shows the shoe in the track with what's left of another shoe for reference. Also shown is the spring/sting assembly and finality a shot with the assembly in position anchored with a screw at the top of the window frame.
The sash is 29" tall.
The assembly has 1. 27TG stamped on it.
I need shoes and 1 assembly.

Do you recognize and have these parts?
Thanks!

Paul from SWISCO responded:
Your balance system resembles our S751-28 with a stamp option of 27TG. The top of the balance channel doesn't come with a screw hole, so you will need to drill a hole for installation. See what you think.
