Ok so I am seeing a number of things we have to address. For starters, let's have you begin with taking a look at our 26-243 and 26-244 tilt latches. We are not certain these are a match for you. The only way to be sure is to remove and compare the dimensions and style of the "tooth" to an unbroken latch.

Next, our Series 180 coil balance appears to be a match. To confirm the best option, you will need to look for a stamping or marking on your current spring. Lastly, for your pivot shoe try out our 15-087. There is a chance you may need or 15-086 coil housing, but I can not say for sure at this point. Get back to us and let us know how this works out for you.
