Balance replacement

A contractor from Atlanta says:
It appears that I have 34" balance with a 19-005 top and a 15-002 shoe. The balance is stamped 3350.

Does this combination appear to be correct?

These are not tilt metal framed windows in a condo.

Tom from SWISCO responded:
If your shoe has a depth of 1-1/16", then I do not think the 15-002 is the right choice. It's more likely that you once had a 15-001 that wore down with age. Even if it is supposed to be 1-1/16", you can always grind down a 15-001, whereas it would be difficult to pad out a 15-002.

If you agree, check out S395-34 with the stamp option of 3350.
A contractor from Atlanta says:
Thanks for your help. FYI, we have identified the top sash guide as being your product code 18-174, 5/8" top sash guide, Alenco. I completed the order for the balances. We needed 40 of the sash guides as well.
