Balance spring for Traco 240 windows

A handy person from Pompano Beach, FL says:

I'm looking for replacement balance springs for my Traco 240 series windows. They have "17S26" stamped on the part. Do you have this part? They are "impact windows" and I know Traco stopped manufacturing these, so I was hoping there is a crossover number or part.

Thanks for posting! The shoe is our 15-004 and the top is our 19-041. We can build a replacement balance for you with these attachments, but I need some more information first. Can you please tell me the weight of your sash? This will help us determine your balance option.
