Balance stamp 21c, need replacement

A home owner from Benicia, CA says:
The stamped number has only two digits and a letter: 21C. The length is 22", width 1/2", with a 19-005 top and 15-005 shoe. Is that sufficient information to order a replacement pair?

Casey from SWISCO responded:
The 19-005 and 15-005 balance fitting combination is used on SWISCO Series 380 Balances.

The 21C normally translates to stamp 2130.
To check remove the window sash and place it on a scale.

A 22" Series 380 Balance with stamp 2130 will carry a window sash weight range of 12 through 15 pounds.

This information is based on 2 balances per sash. Balances are designed assuming friction in the jamb weather-strip will carry a portion of the sash weight. Suggested sash weights are approximate.
