I believe you have a Kinco window. If that's the case, consider our S351-28, which comes with the 19-002 top and 15-002 bottom balance fittings. Please make sure these are what you have installed on your balance now. I would also recommend the 2740 option for your balance. For the top sash guide, see our 18-166.
