A contractor from Carson City, NV says:
We have 9 windows and 18 balancers all matching. Please see the attached pics. If you need more pics let me know. I can have my employees obtain.

Based on your stamp, I'd say you have a 2520 stamp option on a 26" balance. It'll either be our S385-26 or S380-26, based on the bottom shoe. Measure it as shown at the bottom of this post, and if it measures 1-3/32", go ahead and get S385-26. If it's only 1", you need S380-26. You can verify the length by measuring from one end of the metal to the other, and you can verify the option by weighing the sliding window sash, which should weigh between 9 and 15 pounds.
