Balancers and Sash Cams for Jordan Windows

A home owner from villa ridge mo. says:
I have Jordan windows. I need to replace several balancers and sash cams.

balancers have 2430 stamped on them.
no numbers for the sash cams.
I have attached picture of the cams

any help would be appreciated

Check out the video below to see what we need in order to find the right hardware for you, then take the new pictures for us to see! Keep in mind we may have a few more questions, but lets start with pictures and work from there.
As for the top sash guide, can I see it from the side? Can you also give me detailed dimensions? It's hard to tell what you have based on this picture alone. Thank you!

Thanks for getting back to us! We don't have an exact match for this top sash guide, but I wonder if our 18-069 could work. Check it out and see what you think.

As for the balance, I've narrowed it down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 351 or our Series 390.

Now, as you can see, the only difference between these two Series is their bottom shoe. The Series 351 uses the 15-002 while the Series 390 uses the 15-001. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match.
