Benchmark bi-fold doors won't stay closed

A home owner from Pittsburgh says:
We have several benchmark bi-fold steel doors in our home that don't stay completely closed after shutting them. They pop back open at the hinges. Is there a part we can purchase that will correct this. Thank you. Tracy

Thanks for posting, Tracy.

Often times the pressure the doors apply to the "snugger" is what keeps the doors closed. The snugger is a rubber bumper in the top and bottom of the track that the door pin presses up against. Take a look at the 21-278 Snugger, this is the one for Benchmark doors.

You will want to see if yours is worn out, or maybe your door needs to be moved over closer to the bumper. You would make the adjustments with the adjustment pins located on the hinge or pivot side of the door in the top and bottom of the track.
A home owner from Orlando says:

After messing with the door all day your tip fixed in seconds. The snugger had slipped out of position. I put a little screw behind it so it can't move and it works fine.
