Best way to attach 80-111 to the existing threshold

What is the best way to attach 80-111 to the existing threshold? Can it be glued or should I use screws.

Hey, thanks for posting. Glue could possibly work, but if its ever exposed to moisture it could let go. I recommend using screws, that's what I've always done.
