Is it possible to use 4 panels joined together for a total of 48 inches. 2 assemblies for a total 8 ft opening. The panels will be 44 inches high and 3/4 inch width.
2 - 4 panel assemblies for a 8 Ft opening.

Yes, I think you should be able to join two 23-505 kits for an 8' opening.
