Broken Pivot bar

A home owner from USA says:
I tried to use your identify section but it will not go through. Here is my problem: I have a broken pivot bar.

I just purchased this house, I cannot identify the manufacture of the windows. I also cannot find a replacement pivot bar. Please help with any info possible. This window is a pair of single hung windows approx 72 x 50.

Here are the pics.

Thanks for posting. I believe the newer version of this pivot bar is our 26-424. As for the shoe, see our 15-218. Could this hardware work for you?
A quick learner from LEXINGTON, KY says:
I also need a balance spring, approx. 24" long compressed. There are no ropes in this area. The spring just screws in near the top of the window.

I'm afraid we cannot supply these springs. You will need to contact a local mill work that still makes wood windows and ask them for assistance.
