Broken Pivot bars

A landlord from Vienna, VA says:
Hi.
We recently took over this property and found that we have several windows with broken picot bars and one missing sash lock. I have attached pictures including one of the builder's label on the window. Please let me know which parts I need to order to fix these windows.

I'm not sure what to recommend without having any original parts to go off of. Do you have an identical window in the house that uses the same hardware? If so, I'd like to see the pieces on those windows to confirm. In the meantime, I pulled up some possible replacements for you to consider. You can see these parts on the right side of this page.
A quick learner from Chantilly, VA says:
Ok. I was able to remove one of the ones that is is intact. I have attached the photos here.

Thanks! Start by looking at our 26-021. This looks like it might be a good match.
