Broken Shoes for tilt-in window

Dear Sir,
Attached are two pics. The first is of a broken shoe. The second is of a shoe that I believe is not broken.

Can you identify what I need to replace the broken part ?

I need two shoes, one for the left and one for the right hand side of the same window.

I also need to know how to replace this part
