Broken Tilt Shoe

A quick learner from Granbury, TX says:
I have already posted about this one and thanks for the response. We were able to remove the broken shoe and now we need a new one just like it. The balance is still good. Here is a picture of the broken shoe and a scan with the measurements I took with a caliper. If you look real close, you will see the number 15 stamped on it on the part that goes into the balance.
This is on a Danvid Vinyl Window.

Thanks for your help. Jimmy

I don't believe we have an exact match for this shoe. Yours is an old style no longer produced. Our 15-195 is similar but I don't know if the stem is the same size, as you did not give that measurement. My biggest fear right now is that your balance will be too skinny compared to the balance that the 15-195 is made for, the Series 795 channel balance. You should definitely confirm that first before you order anything.
