Broken bolt in replacement windows

A home owner from Cherokee, IA says:
The picture you see shows a broken bolt from replacement storm windows (probably about 20 to 30 years old) in our 1879 home. Is this a sash bolt? We' need to replace quite few of these. What do you think? The numbers on the ones that broke off are 2,5, and 6.

This part is known as a pivot bar. There are a few different possibilities, and the best match would depend on your measurements; specifically, the hole spacing. Look at the list I made for you on the right side of this page to get started, I think one of these may be the ticket.
