Broken casement window sash lock

A handy person from Wallingford, Connecticut says:
The window is a CertainTeed twin casement and the lock handle has Truth 31401 stamped on the arm. The pictures are from the good side (left), the right side is broken where the handle and arm are connected inside.

I believe the lock you need is the 38-091, which we have listed as a left handed lock. The one in your photo looks like the 38-092, which is right handed. Compare the 38-091 to the locking handle you need.
