Broken coil balance pivot locking shoe (just the plastic part)

A handy person from Naples, FL says:
We have Simonton double hung tilt windows installed in August 2007. I believe I need your part number 15-155 although I also see that your part number 15-192 looks the same and has the same dimensions. From the photos in your catalog I can't tell any difference between these two parts. Can you tell me what is the difference?? Is one of them a newer version which is less susceptible to breaking?? Thanks for your help

Yes, the difference is that the 15-192 is a newer version with stabilizing prongs. I believe the 15-155 can work for you, but you have a special cam that is no longer available. You can simply pop it out and pop it back in the new 15-155, though.
