Broken drawer glide - Broyhill dresser

Hello,
I am not sure what would be the best way to repair my daughter's Broyhill dresser. The track is in good shape but the glide on the bottom of the drawer is all wood and has cracked lengthwise along the guide. 2 photos are below, one of the glide along the bottom of the drawer and one of the track so you can see what I need the replacement to attach to.
