Broken part needs replacement

A handy person from Columbus, Ohio says:
Plastic (or nylon?) insert is broken on one side of window frame. These are photos of the unbroken part. It is a rotating fitting. The metal "ears" at the bottoms of the top window sash are inserted into the rotating fitting.

Believe the windows were made by ?Thermal Industries, out of Pittsburgh, in the 1980's.

Tom from SWISCO responded:
We believe your pivot shoe's width is 1-1/4" by 9/16" thick. However, I'm afraid your pivot shoe has been discontinued. If you could take a look at our 15-118 pivot shoe and confirm those measurements we gave you, then you may be able to use this a replacement. Let us know how you made out.
