Caldwell Window Balance problem

A quick learner from Dillon, Montana says:
I watched your videos and measured my defective balance.

The metal portion is 21" long, 9/16" H, and ~ /9/16" W.
The end that has the hook connected to it has a plastic dimension 1 1/16"

The printed identification says: CALDWELL 20 4 HS.

It looks like it would be a SWISCO 385-21, ...but I don't see a 21" part in your Store.

Do you carry such a balance, or can you suggest where I might get a couple.

Thank you,

Richard

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Hey, Richard. We absolutely carry a 21" Series 385 balance. See our S385-21 and let me know if you have any other questions.
A quick learner from Dillon, Montana says:
Tom,

The number printed on the current balance is
20 4 HS.
How do I determine which option to specify from your list of choices?

Thanks again,
Richard

Tom from SWISCO responded:
A stamp of 20 4 usually corresponds to our 2040 option, but you can always weigh your sash on a scale to be 100% sure.
