SWISCO - The Replacement Hardware Authority

Can't figure out what I need.

A landlord from Beloit, WI 53511 says:
I have a casement window which is missing a crank. There is no information on the window which identifies the make or model. The hole for mounting the crank is on the vertical surface of the casement. The mounting holes measure 3-1/8" on center. the crank is on the right side and the window opens out on the left side.
User submitted a photo of a weep hole.

Hmm... this could be tricky without the original hardware on hand to examine. How about our 39-415 and 39-416? These have a 3-1/8" hole spacing, as well, and is a rear-mount operator just like your original.
