Can't figure out what hinges my door is?

Architectural Metals is the only sticker I see on the door. I don't see any stamps or markings. Please help. I need to fix this door before it falls off and hurts someone. Thanks for your assistance

I believe your pivot could be the 79-126. Take a look and see if you agree.
