Capitol Seal replacements?

A quick learner from USA says:
Do you know if Capitol (sp?) Windows sashes can be replaced vs replacing entire window? Our Capital windows are 32 years old and the seals on two of our windows have failed. I like the look of the metal windows and would like to just replace the sashes.

Paul from SWISCO responded:
You don't have to replace the windows, or even the sashes. If the only problem is moisture or fog getting between the panes, you can just go to a local glass shop and have them replace the glass itself.
A quick learner from New Jersey says:
Thanks. Before I contact a glass shop, do you know if they'll need to get the replacement insulated glass units from the window manufacturer?

Paul from SWISCO responded:
The window manufacturer is out of business, so they will have to order from an insulated glass manufacturer.
