Caradco Casement Window Crank Operator

A home owner from Chapel Hill, North Carolina says:
Hi,

Attached is a photo of my broken Caradco operator. I have four that need to be replaced.

The long arm measures 10 3/4"
The short arm measures 3 3/4" (could be 3 13/16")

The stamping on short arm is "20755"
The stamping on the long arm is "Entry Guard Truth"
The Base Plate is marked "40471" (Truth)

Please tell me what to order. I will try one and then go one to replace the other 3. Hardest job seems to be getting the sill apart! they are all screw nailed down and painted over!

Thanks

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
The operator you show looks a lot like our 39-155. Just make sure the dimensions match up, including the size of the short link arm! The opposite side is our 39-156.

Be sure to also see our video on how we replace this hardware.
