My casement windows are 26 years old by Sierra Pacific. I need to replace the operator mechanism. I've attached a photo of mine for reference. I believe part 39-155 is the right replacement part. Can you confirm?

I cannot confirm what you have based on these photos, unfortunately. I can only see the base, which is a design shared by many, many different Truth brand operators. In order to narrow it down further, I would require a picture of the operator removed from the window, as shown above.
